You may return the defective/wrong merchandise(s) within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unironed), with all original tags attached to the merchandise(s) and any related accessories tag, along with their dust bag.
Kindly send us your order number and photo proof of the defective/wrong merchandise(s) to customercare@auvedesign.com . Once we receive your email, we will promptly get in touch with you.
*Please note that merchandise(s) that are damaged due to wear and tear is not considered defective.*
